Refund Policy

1. Digital Products and Downloadable Content

All sales of digital products (e.g., eBooks, templates, courses, guides, etc.) are final and non-refundable. Once the product is delivered via email or download link, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

2. Coaching Services & Consultations
 

• Booking Cancellation:
  You may cancel your coaching session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. In this case, you may reschedule or request a full refund.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Session Packages:
  Refunds on bundled coaching packages are only available within 7 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been used. If any session is consumed, only the unused portion (after deducting used sessions at full session rate) may be refunded.
  
   

• 3. Workshops, Webinars, and Events
   

• Cancellation by Attendee:
  Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the event may be eligible for a 50% refund or transfer of ticket to a future event.

• No Refunds:
  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or for no-shows.

• Event Cancellation by Us:
  If the event is canceled by AkkInsight.com, a full refund will be provided or a transfer option to another date/event.
   

• 4. Subscription Services (if applicable)
   

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard.

• You will retain access to the services for the remainder of your billing period.

• No partial refunds are issued for canceled subscription periods.
   

• 5. Refund Process
   

• If eligible, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. For any delays beyond this timeframe, please contact your payment provider directly.
